Law Programs for Professionals
Professional Programs at Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law are designed to keep practitioners agile and up-to-date on all mandatory education. Our Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution provides many of these opportunities, as well as additional courses that expand expertise for a wide range of professionals.
Education Programs for Legal Professionals
In addition to conferences, symposia, and panels that provide mandatory continuing legal education (MCLE) credit, we offer coursework in L.A., Ventura, and Orange counties - free of charge for Pepperdine Caruso Law alumni. Unique topics covered include ethics, domestic violence, and the elimination of bias.
Straus Institute Training and Conferences
Through the Straus Institute, we offer day- and week-long classes that sharpen and focus skills. Offered on both the east and west coasts, these programs address specific areas of mediation, litigation, and negotiating skills.
Scholarly Symposia and Conferences
Pepperdine faculty host academic gatherings, sometimes in conjunction with Pepperdine Caruso Law Institutes. These events explore contemporary issues that arise in legal practice and provide students and professionals the opportunity to interact and exchange ideas.
