Our Focus on Veterans

Pepperdine not only honors those who have served, but actively recruits these individuals for their sense of civic responsibility, commitment, and professionalism. Pepperdine's Yellow Ribbon Program provides veterans with free tuition.

There are 17 veterans enrolled in the JD program for the 2019-2020 academic year, with 11 veterans who just began their 1L year.

LLM, MDR, and Certificate Programs

Pepperdine's LLM and Master's in Dispute Resolution (MDR) programs attracts students from across the globe. Students vary from recent graduates to seasoned attorneys and judges who have attended or commuted for the program from China, Korea, Russia, Greece, Moldova, Spain, Pakistan, Jordan, United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden and more.

Pepperdine has attracted scholars from prestigious organizations like Fulbright, Muskie, Organization of American States and Rotary Foundation.

Pepperdine Law continues to rise in public perception - three of our graduates have been confirmed as federal judges in the last two years and we are one of only 13 law schools that experienced an increase in applications last year; in fact, only four other law schools increased applications at a higher rate.
