Michael Helfand presents "The Future of Religious Arbitration in the United States" -- Queen Mary University of London
November 16, 2017 -- Professor Michael A. Helfand presents a draft of his book chapter, "The Future of Religious Arbitration in the United States," today at the Queen Mary University of London. The Centre for Law and Society in a Global Context (CLSGC) Annual Conference will focus on the theme of Global Legal Pluralism. Professor Helfand's book chapter will be published in the forthcoming Oxford Handbook of Global Legal Pluralism.
