Professor Jack Coe Recognized for Distinguished Scholarship on International Commercial and Investor-State Arbitration Restatement

Professor Jack J. Coe, Jr. is recognized in a New York Law Journal article as one of four "highly-distinguished Reporters" on the Restatement of the U.S. Law of International Commercial and Investor-State Arbitration. The Restatement was a 12-year project that received final approval at the 2019 Annual Meeting of the American Law Institute. Restatements of Law are relied upon by courts and lawyers as a guide to the law and carry significant persuasive weight.
