Straus LLM Student Jody Sin Selected as 2019 Weinstein JAMS International Fellow

Our current LLM student, Jody Sin from Hong Kong, has been selected as one of the 2019 Weinstein JAMS International Fellows.

The central theme of her proposal promotes workplace mediation in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area in China, so that the core concepts and principles of mediation take root in the workplace dispute resolution culture. One of her key objectives is to explore and learn how business leaders will adopt and develop initiatives of creating and maintaining respectful workplace relationships, investing in employees through the "win-win" dynamic of mediation, and strengthen their commitment to a culture centered on interest-based communication and negotiation.
