Professor Maureen Weston Presents Supreme Court Arbitration Law Update - ABA Section on Dispute Resolution

Professor Maureen Arellano Weston along with colleagues Barbara Reeves, JAMS; James Madison, Arbitrator; and Professor Ron Aronovsky presented their annual Arbitration Law Update for the American Bar Association's Section on Dispute Resolution Annual Conference. The team discussed five recent U.S. Supreme Court arbitration law decisions, recent federal legislation, and other significant judicial developments and practice trends over the past year.  The program took place on April 21.
