to provide international students access to academic programs without taking the TOEFL
or IELTS exam. Applicants can apply to Pepperdine and the English Language Centers
at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and UC Irvine at the same time, but
will not be able to start their coursework at Pepperdine until they are able to pass
the designated advanced level in their respective English program. Students that
demonstrate English proficiency through the completion of the advanced level do not
need to take the TOEFL or IELTS Exam.
