Professor Tanya Cooper Leads Workshop on Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention

On Monday, November 11, Professor Tanya Cooper and Pepperdine University Associate Dean of Student Affairs La Shonda Coleman continued to train the Pepperdine community on Domestic Violence and Title IX. Since presenting this topic at the Caruso School of Law last month, they have continued this educational discussion with students from the other graduate schools. The workshop saw nearly twice the number of attendees than anticipated, including graduate students from outside the School of Public Policy.

The education of students, staff, and faculty on sexual violence is a top priority of the Title IX Education Committee at Pepperdine University.
