Straus professors are active training!

February 2, 2017 -- Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution professors have been training professionals from around the world in sessions all over the West Coast in recent months.

On December 5-7, 2016, Professor Peter Robinson and Deborah Eisenberg trained a group of 30 Brazilian judges at our Washington, DC campus.

On January 18th, Professor Blondell and Certificate student Dr. David Jackson presented "Workplace Dispute Resolution for Law Enforcement" to the Long Beach Police Department Command Staff.

Professor Maureen Weston, Chair of the Law and Sports Section of the American Association of Law Schools, moderated a panel in San Francisco on Hedging Their Bets: Can Fantasy Sports and Sports Gambling "Play" the Feds, the States, and the Leagues?  Panelists included Jeffrey Standen, Dean, University of Kentucky Law, Dan Wallach, Esq., and Professors Alfred Yen, Boston College, and Jodi Balsam, Brooklyn Law.
