Professor Sukhsimranjit Singh Speaks on Access to Justice and Bridging the Divide
Professor Sukhsimranjit Singh recently spoke at the Fordham Law Review symposium, "Achieving Access to Justice Through ADR: Fact or Fiction?" at Fordham University School of Law in New York City on November 1. His remarks focused on cross-cultural perspectives and strategies on achieving access to justice. Professor Singh was one of 20 leading teachers and scholars in the field of dispute resolution invited to the symposium, where speakers had the opportunity to present remarks and submit papers that will be published in Fordham Law Review.
Professor Singh also presented the opening keynote address, "Bridging the Divide: Negotiating our Differences as a Nation," for the State Retirement and Pension System Board of Trustees Education Session at the Miller Senate Office Building in Annapolis, Maryland. The conference took place on October 15.
