Professor Jack Coe Speaks on U.S. Law of International Commercial and Investor-State Arbitration Restatement

Professor Jack J. Coe, Jr. presented the keynote address on "The Restatement of the Law, The U.S. Law of International Commercial and Investor-State Arbitration," at the Practising Law Institute's International Arbitration 2019 program. The program took place on June 10 in New York. Professor Coe served as an Associate Reporter of the Restatement.
