Professor David Han Presents "Constitutional Rights and Technological Change" -- Barry University School of Law

Professor David S. Han presented "Constitutional Rights and Technological Change" at the ACS Constitutional Law Forum held at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.  The presentation addressed the interaction between constitutional rights doctrine and technological change, focusing specifically on the two rights that have been the most directly and visibly affected by such change: the First Amendment's protection of free speech and the Fourth Amendment's right against unreasonable searches and seizures.
