Professor Barry McDonald Speaks on the Supreme Court and Environmental and Toxic Tort Jurisprudence

Professor Barry P. McDonald spoke at the Defense Research Institute Environmental and Toxic Torts Law Conference on "How the Changing Composition of the Supreme Court is Likely to Affect Environmental and Toxic Tort Jurisprudence."  The conference took place on February 19-21 in Phoenix, Arizona.
