Professor Blondell Presents Mediation Ethics Workshop for Southern California Mediation Association
Professor Blondell presented, "When Good Mediators Make Bad Decisions: A Look at Ethical Fading in Mediation," to over 40 attendees of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA) on January 26. The program examined how ethical mediators make decision inconsistent with their own values and discussed processes such as ethical fading and moral justification. Attendees appreciated the digestible format of the program, and Straus was pleased to partner with the SCMA for this event.
