Elizabeth Guenther McMillan (LLM '05) Receives Duke Law Prize

Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution alumna Elizabeth McMillan (LLM '05) recently received the second place prize at the 2018 Duke Law Tech Lab Demo Day for her work in developing innovative legal tech solution for construction professionals.  The technology, called Smart Lien, is positioned to continue growing statewide through Tennessee as well as nationally to provide a quick and affordable method for filing liens.
