Bobby Saadian (JD/MBA '05) Wins $35 Million Jury Verdict in Accident Injury Lawsuit

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumnus Bobby Saadian (JD/MBA ‘05) has received a $35 million jury verdict award in an accident injury lawsuit. Saadian is the founding president and managing attorney at Wilshire Law Firm. The case involved a collision on a Los Angeles freeway between a semi-trailer and a passenger vehicle. Saadian and his team won the award after a two-week trial in Los Angeles County.

Saadian commented, “This is a record-breaking result for a case with this nature of injuries. In fact, many personal injury lawyers in the community have been calling and texting me asking for the verdict sheet on this lawsuit. Some of the lawyers who have called were at mediation on a similar suit and told the mediator and defense that if their case did not settle at mediation, they were going to associate in Wilshire Law Firm to help them get more money for their client."

Saadian is a member of Caruso Law Dean’s Council and the recipient of the 2021 Young Distinguished Alumnus Award. His firm has been ranked among the "Best Law Firms" by U.S. News & World Report for 2020 and 2021. In addition, Saadian has been recognized individually in The Best Lawyers in America©, selected for the Super Lawyers list, and was included in Los Angeles Magazine's list of Top Attorneys.
