12th ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris

Pepperdine 3L students Amanda Gray and Jessica Freitas advanced to the Quarterfinals of the 12th Annual ICC Mediation Competition hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France.  The competition gathered 65 teams of law students from 32 different countries.  The competition helps to prepare our next generation of lawyers for effectively representing clients in global commercial mediation. During the competition, students had the opportunity to meet students and professionals from all over the world and discuss alternative dispute resolution at Pepperdine and abroad. The team was coached by Ryan Storms (LLM '16) and Professor Maureen Weston.
