Now Offering the FDI Moot Competition Scholarship

Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law has partnered with the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot Competition to offer a 50% tuition-remission scholarship for participants of the 2018 moot competition at Stockholm University in Sweden.

The FDI Competition is an international competition for law students from around the world. This year's competition met in November, in Stockholm.

Eligibility:

All participants of the 2018 FDI Competition in Stockholm will be invited to apply for this prestigious scholarship, and must be eligible to start in Fall 2019.

The following academic programs are eligible for the FDI Moot Competition scholarship:

  • LLM in Dispute Resolution
  • LLM in International Commercial Arbitration (ICA)
  • LLM in International Commercial Law and Arbitration (ICLA)
  • LLM in International Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution (ICLDR)
  • LLM in US Law and Dispute Resolution (USLDR)

 

Application Process:

Eligible participants will be asked to submit an application for one of the Master of Law (LLM) programs in the field of dispute resolution, and be required to write an additional two page statement outlining why they should be selected for the FDI Scholarship.  Instructions on the application process for the LLM program can be found on the LLM Admissions website.  Applicants are encouraged to apply online via LSAC.  The FDI Scholarship statement can be emailed to Pepperdine directly to the address below by March 1, 2019.
