Stipanowich Delivers Luncheon Keynote at Annual USC ADR Symposium

On March 17, 2017, Professor Tom Stipanowich gave the luncheon keynote address for the USC Gould School of Law Second Annual ADR Symposium, "Current Issues in International Arbitration". Professor Stipanowich's address was entitled, "International Use of Mixed Mode Dispute Resolution Processes." Stipanowich is currently spearheading an international task force focused on the interplay between mediation, evaluation and arbitration.
