Startup Law Clinic | Applications Open

Applications are now open for the Startup Law Clinic for 2l and 3L students and are due October 28.

The Startup Law Clinic gives students an opportunity to work with actual founders and startups, primarily in the tech sector, providing legal advice on corporate formation, securities law compliance, founders’ stock, and early-stage financing.
