Professor Sukhsimranjit Singh Presents "The Mediation Bill 2021 - What's Beyond?" -- Co-operative School of Law India

Professor Sukhsimranjit Singh presented "The Mediation Bill 2021 - What's Beyond?" for a webinar hosted by Co-operative School of Law Center for ADR and IQAC in India. Alongside Justice Swatanter Kumar,  a former judge of the Supreme Court of India, Dr. Singh spoke on the global perspectives on the recent Mediation Bill, which was passed by the Indian parliament.

Dr. Singh shared his hopes and also some of the challenges that the bill might face in further development of mediation in India.

The webinar, which took place on September 10, was attended by more than 400 law students from across India.
