Stipanowich was a speaker and commentator at a conference entitled "Multi-tier Approaches to the Resolution of International Disputes: A Global and Comparative Study" at the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law on September 28. Participants included scholars and practitioners from Hong Kong, China, Korea, Japan, Singapore, the U.S. and U.K.
