Professor Shelley Ross Saxer participated in the discussion, "Emerging Issues in Takings Litigation" at the Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Conference held at William and Mary Law School. The conference, which brings together members of the bench, bar and academia to explore recent developments in the law that affect property rights, took place on October 3-4.
