Professor Nancy Hunt Presents "Update on Administrative Law" -- National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary
Professor Nancy Hunt presented an "Update on Administrative Law" at the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary (NAALJ) Annual Conference. Professor Hunt focused on Supreme Court cases of the past term, as well as the potentially watershed administrative law cases the Court is hearing this term: Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, and SEC v. Jarkesy.
Professor Hunt is the faculty supervisor for the Pepperdine NAALJ Journal, which is a partnership between Pepperdine Caruso Law and NAALJ.
The conference, titled "Setting a Course through Common Seas," took place in Tampa, Florida on October 15-18.
