Professor Maureen A. Weston participated on the panel presentation "Name Image Likeness & Intellectual Property Law" at the USC Gould School of Law Intellectual Property Institute. Michael K. Lindsey of Steinbrecher & Span LLP moderated the panel. Professor Weston discussed the legal developments in Name Image Likeness legislation for college athletes.
