Professor Maureen Weston Presents "Effects of the Pandemic on the Sports Industry" -- University of La Verne College of Law

Professor Maureen Arellano Weston presented "Effects of the Pandemic on the Sports Industry" regarding her research on the impact of Covid-19 on the sports industry at the Journal of Law, Business, and Ethics (JLBE) Sports Law Symposium at the University of LaVerne School of Law.  Professor Weston participated in a thought-provoking discussion session with students, along with co-presenters Jessica Clarendon, Chief Operating Officer of Rapino Sports; Alana Hernandez of Wasserman Media; Brandon Leopoldus of Leopoldus Law; Professor Thomas Baker of University of Georgia; Professor John Holden of Oklahoma State University; and Luke Feldman of Wright, Morris & Arthur, LLP.  The symposium took place on April 8.
