Professor Maureen Weston Presents "Buying Secrecy" -- UNLV Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution

Professor Maureen Arellano Weston presented "Buying Secrecy: The Ethical Obligations of Lawyers, Neutrals, and ADR in Secret Settlements" at the 13th Annual AALS-Alternative Dispute Resolution Section Works-In-Progress Conference. The conference, held at the University of Nevada Vegas School of Law Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution on October 4 and 5, was attended by leading scholars in dispute resolution from across the country.
