Professor Maureen Weston Presents "Arbitration at the Ballot Box" -- American Bar Association Webinar

Professor Maureen Arellano Weston joined with Professor Steven Ware of Kansas Law and Professor Brian Farkas of Cardozo Law for a webinar on "Arbitration at the Ballot Box: 2020 Election and Beyond." Professor Weston spoke on the judicial, regulatory, and legislative impacts on arbitration under the Trump Administration. The panel also debated proposed legislation in Congress that could ban pre-dispute adhesive arbitration contracts and class action waivers in consumer, employment, antitrust, and civil rights cases.
