Professor Maureen Weston Participates in International Roundtable on Arbitral Immunity

Professor Maureen Arellano Weston participated in an international roundtable examining "Arbitral Immunity" with arbitrators and academics from Nepal, India, and Vietnam. The event was hosted by the Centre for Business Law Academics Counsel and Chambers (BLACC) Kathmandu, Nepal. The conclusions and recommendations of the discussion in a form of a summary recommendation report will be published in the forthcoming BLACC International Yearbook on Business Law and Dispute Resolution.
