Professor Mary S. Hoopes presented "Does Border Enforcement Deter Migrants?" at the University of Minnesota Law School's annual Immigration Law Teachers and Scholars Workshop. Professor Hoopes presented a paper co-authored with Adam Cox of New York University and David Hausman of UC Berkeley. The workshop took place on May 29-31.
