Professor Kris Knaplund Presents "Reimagining Postmortem Conception" -- LA County Probate Judges Program

Professor Kristine S. Knaplund presented "Reimagining Postmortem Conception" in a CLE program for Los Angeles County probate judges on February 26. The presentation addressed that California and 17 other states have statutes allowing children conceived and born years after a genetic parent's death to inherit from the parent, and yet, due to a bewildering array of requirements, few will actually succeed.
