Professor Colleen Graffy Publishes Book Chapter on General Augusto Pinochet in The Dictators

Professor Colleen P. Graffy wrote the chapter on General Augusto Pinochet for the recently published book, The Dictators, by Iain Dale. In the chapter, Professor Graffy analyzes the motivations that brought Pinochet to power, and the role of the United States in the Chilean dictator's rise. She also traces the international legal efforts to bring Pinochet to justice that became a global story when he came before the courts in London.
