Prayers and Encouragement for John Bickford (JD '11) on October 1

The entire Pepperdine community is invited to come together and pray for alumnus John Bickford (JD '11) and his family on Friday, October 1 at 12:00pm PDT. Registration may be found at Prayer & Encouragement Time for the Bickford Family.

John was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer this year. He is married to Caruso Law alumna Andreea (JD '12) and they have two young daughters. John has worked for the Parris Law Firm in Lancaster since his graduation in 2011.

Recently, a group of alumni from the Classes of 2011 and 2012 organized a GoFundMe campaign to support the Bickford family during this trying time. The fundraising page has more information about John's condition and prognosis, which may be found at Help John Beat Brain Cancer.

The Bickfords will also be honored during the Class of 2011 reunion the weekend of October 22-24, 2021.
