Pepperdine Caruso Law Sports and Entertainment Law Society Hosts Prominent Music Industry Attorneys

On Monday, March 25, the Pepperdine Caruso Law Sports and Entertainment Law Society (SELS) hosted music industry attorneys Caruso Law alumnus Guy Blake (JD '94), Joe Halbardier, and Tyra Jenkins. Blake is a founding member and managing partner at Granderson Des Rochers, LLP. He is widely considered to be one of the preeminent attorneys in the music industry and is frequently named as a top music lawyer by Billboard magazine.

Joe Halbardier runs his own practice and primarily focuses on the representation of music artists and all of their endeavors. He also represents composers, record companies, publishers, models, influencers, and managers, and occasionally does music work with film and television shows with music elements. Tyra Jenkins works as in-house counsel at Concord, an independent music company inclusive of Concord Label Group, Concord Music Publishing, Concord Theatricals, and Concord Originals as a Manager of Business Affairs for the Label Group.
