Pepperdine Caruso Law Honors Stephanie Buckley for Dean's Heckerling Fellowship
Pepperdine Caruso Law recognized Stephanie Buckley for her generosity in funding the Dean’s Heckerling Fellowship, which allows a Caruso Law student to attend the Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning Conference each year. The fellowship is also funded by donor Scott Racine. Many Caruso Law students have benefitted from Buckley and Racine’s support in attending the nation's premiere estate planning conference, which has been instrumental in opening career opportunities for them.
Dean Paul Caron and Professor Kris Knaplund presented Buckley with an award to honor her commitment to Caruso Law students who are interested in attending the Heckerling Institute and for advancing the mission of the law school.
Caruso Law third-year student Amelia Tidwell has been selected as the 2023 Dean’s Heckerling Institute Fellow. Tidwell will attend the 57th Annual Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning Conference, which takes place January 9-13 in Orlando, Florida.
