Women Lawyers Association: Judge Samantha P. Jessner | March 16

On Wednesday, March 16th at lunch in Classroom B, please join the Pepperdine Women Lawyers Association in celebrating Women's History Month. Judge Samantha P. Jessner is the first woman of color to be elected as Assistant Presiding Judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court. After Judge Jessner received her JD from Berkeley Law, she began her career in litigation at Sheppard Mullin before ultimately serving as an Assistant US Attorney for 11 years. Judge Jessner is a founding member of the Association of African American California Judicial Officers and an active member of the National Association of Women Judges. She has been a role model and trailblazer throughout her career, and the Women's Legal Association is honored to present her as our featured speaker for Women's History Month.
