John R. Bamford (JD '03) joins Nevers Palazzo, PC

April 17, 2017 | By Kylie Larkin -- Pepperdine Law alumnus John R. Bamford (JD '03) has joined Nevers, Palazzo, Packard, Wildermuth, & Wynner, PC, located in Westlake Village.  Bamford will serve as litigation and employment counsel.

John is an experienced, successful litigator who has prosecuted and defended complex business disputes in federal courts, state courts and in arbitration.  John also has considerable experience representing individual brokers and broker-dealers in FINRA arbitrations and regulatory proceedings.  In addition, John advises and defends employers in various employment matters.

"We welcome John, who will bring to clients of Nevers Palazzo his professional and practical approach to achieving their goals in litigation and employment matters," said shareholder Gary Nevers.

John is a Conejo Valley native.  He attended UCLA for his undergraduate degree and obtained his law degree from Pepperdine where he graduated cum laude.
