In Memoriam: Shane Cary McCallan (JD '09)

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumnus Shane Cary McCallan (JD '09) passed away on January 24 at his family home in Poway, California, after a recent battle with a recurring illness. Pepperdine Senior Vice Chancellor and Caruso School of Law Dean Emeritus Ron Phillips shares, "My last visit with Shane was on September 10, 2017, at a Pepperdine Law School alumni event. He was excited about his plan to move to San Diego to do some work with his dad. Once again, his family played a major role in our conversation. I am so grateful that Shane is one of ours here at Pepperdine. He will be sorely missed."
