Giuliana Gabriel (JD '17) Joins Downey Brand's Sacramento Office

June 22, 2018 | Giuliana Gabriel (JD '17) recently joined Downey Brand's Sacramento office as an associate in the employment practice group. Giuliana is based in Sacramento, where she assists in representing employers in complex employment matters such as class actions and wage and hour litigation in both state and federal courts. Giuliana also provides general advice and counsel to management, including drafting and reviewing employee handbooks and policies.

While at Pepperdine Law, Giuliana was the note and comment editor for Pepperdine Law Review, and she participated in the Ninth Circuit Appellate Advocacy Clinic.  In 2015, Giuliana also externed for the Honorable Kimberly Mueller of the United States Eastern District of Court of California. A distinguished alumna, she graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif.
