Federal Circuit Court of Appeals to hear oral arguments on Pepperdine Law campus

September 7, 2016 -- On Tuesday, October 4, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit will visit from Washington, D.C., and hold oral arguments at the Pepperdine University School of Law. There currently are four cases on calendar, and the arguments will last about two hours. After arguments, the judges will hold a Q&A session with Pepperdine law students.

Matthew Byrne, Jr. Judicial Clerkship Institute for several years and helped arrange for this visit," says Professor Amy Levin, co-director of the Judicial Clerkship Institute.
