The Pepperdine Center for Women in Leadership presents an Executive Briefing with Lisa Bloom, Esq., "Persistent Barriers to Women's Advancement - Pay Inequity and Harrassment: Realities and Solutions," on Wednesday, March 8, at the Wilburn Auditorium, Drescher Graduate Campus, 9:30 am -12:00 pm. Bloom will be joined by Meisha Sherman, a global human resources executive, and Nicole Hancock Husband, Vice President of Human Resources for Warner Bros. Television. The Executive Briefing will address a timely message on persistent barriers that impede women's ability to lead - pay equity and harassment in the workplace. These obstacles can feel like cement walls to women's full expression of leadership. The determination to remove these barriers begins with awareness, Ms. Bloom will share insights and solutions from her extensive legal work in these areas that will facilitate action on these difficult and very real topics.
