Dean Tacha introduces Justice Kennedy at Civic Learning Summit

February 22, 2017 | By Kylie Larkin -- Dean Deanell Reece Tacha introduced Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy at the California Civic Learning Summit 2.0, which took place on February 14 in Sacramento.  Justice Kennedy addressed the current tone of civil discourse. Dean Tacha is a member of the California Task Force on K-12 Civic Learning, formed by California Supreme Court Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye, and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson.
