Dean Paul Caron Joins Law Deans in Requesting California Bar to Allow Applicants Whose October Exams Were Flagged for Review to Sit for February Exam
Dean Paul Caron has joined other California law school deans in requesting the California State Bar to allow the 3,000 applicants whose October online bar exams were flagged for review to sit for the February bar exam. The law deans ask the state bar to allow persons challenging notices of violation to sit for the February exam, and to allow such persons to view videos of alleged violations when responding to notices.
