April 17, 2017 | By Kylie Larkin -- Professor David Han presented "Categorizing Lies" at the 25th Annual Ira C. Rothgerber Constitutional Law Conference held at the University of Colorado Law School on April 14.  The conference addressed the topic of "Truth, Lies, and the Constitution."
