Clinical Programs Continue to Serve Amidst COVID-19
In the midst of Covid-19, Pepperdine's Legal Aid and Low Income Taxpayer Clinics are continuing to serve their vulnerable clientele. At Union Rescue Mission, Directing Attorney Brittany Stringfellow Otey and LITC attorney Isai Cortez are working with case managers and current clients to raise awareness and help people access their Economic Impact Payments in addition to general legal assistance. Across town, at Covenant House, attorney Sarah McKendricks is using zoom to train case managers on available financial assistance and eviction relief. Pepperdine Caruso School of Law is proud to serve these valued community partners in the midst of this difficult season.
