Conflict Resolution and Entrepreneurship, Finding a Niche to Solve a Social Problem

Helen Winter will talk about the story of founding her organization R3SOLUTE, a Berlin-based NGO that enables refugees and locals to manage and prevent conflict in their communities and neighborhoods through story-sharing, conflict management, peer mediation, and mental health awareness workshops. She works as the CEO of a team of ten professionals in the field, as well as intercultural mediator and conflict resolution trainer. Helen will outline the challenges and rewards of being an entrepreneur in the field of conflict management, as well as share impactful stories of dialogue work.
