Professor Blondell and host of Alums and Adjuncts present at Northwest Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
The NW ADR Program held their 23rd Annual Conference in late March in Seattle Washington. Professor Blondell presented on "Why Good Mediators Make Bad Decisions: A Look at Ethical Fading in Mediation" with Adjunct Professor Kimberlee Kovach. Professor Blondell also presented "Negotiation Gender Intelligence: Tips and Techniques for Everyone." Adjunct Professor Nina Meierding was the plenary speaker on "How Reality is Experienced, Shaped, and Changed: Working with Diverse Perspectives that Impact Effective Communication. Adjunct Professor Ken Cloke presented, "The Conflict of Politics and the Politics of Conflict: How to Think about Political Conflicts and Design Political Dialogues." Congratulations to LLM alum, John Wescoat Sandlin (LLM '03), who won the Straus raffle and joined us as a participant from Summerville South Carolina!
