The Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law invites you to attend ADR at the Roots: Exploring Diversity and Equity in the Field on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 8:30 am - 1:00 pm Pacific. This event aims to bring together scholars, thinkers, and practitioners to consider the role of dispute resolution in advancing fairness and justice in our field. Together, we hope to discuss the potential for ADR to devise innovative solutions that empower marginalized communities, as well as its limitations in accessibility and process that may impede equitable outcomes.
