Virginia Milstead (JD '04) Promoted to Partner at Skadden

Pepperdine Caruso Law alumna Virginia Milstead (JD '04) has been promoted to partner at Skadden in Los Angeles. Milstead joined Skadden in 2006 as an associate and became counsel in 2013. She has a broad commercial litigation practice, representing clients in both federal and state courts, with a particular emphasis on securities and merger litigation, director misconduct and related claims.
