Sarah Parker Selected as 2018-2019 Douglass Fellow

November 6, 2018 | Pepperdine Law third-year student Sarah Parker was selected by the Human Trafficking Institute as a 2018-2019 Douglass Fellow. Parker is one of seven students chosen this year from the nation's top law schools. The public service fellowship is named for abolitionist Frederick Douglass and his commitment to freedom, education, and advocacy. The Fellows will participate in projects throughout the year, including writing for the Institute and Trafficking Matters websites, conducting legal research, and hosting advocacy events at their law schools.
